Nightly: $125.00 a night, mid week; $150.00 weekend nights for 1-2 people using one bedroom. Two night minimum stay.
Additional Guests: $25.00 per night for each additional bedroom, up to six occupants total.
Weekend Holidays: 3 night minimum stay.
Weekly: (7 night stay) $850.00 per week for 1 to 2 people (one bedroom); $1000.00 per week for 4 people (two bedrooms); $1150.00 per week for 5 to 6 people (all 3 bedrooms)
Sales tax is an additional 9.8% charge to above rates.

Reservations:
To make a reservation, please check on availability by sending us an email: info@cedarbluffcottage.com. Once we are certain of the availability, we will email you with further instructions. Payment of a $100 deposit is requested to confirm your reservation. We accept Am Express, VISA, MC, and Discover cards. Credit cards are safely and securely processed. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with details including driving directions and entry codes.

USAGE - Cedar Bluff Cottage is considered rented to the person whose name is on the confirmed reservation. The Cottage may not be re-assigned, sublet or gifted to any person without permission in writing from the proprietor.
The Cottage, woodland, garden and lawns are all available to the guests booked at Cedar Bluff Cottage. The property is not suitable for weddings, large parties, or family reunions.
DAMAGE - Any damage or breakage costs will be charged to the person who was confirmed for the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS - One week notice for stays three nights or less and two weeks notice for stays four nights or longer.
